Information only
Snow probabilities and other figures on SnowTally are our own model estimates, published for information. They can be wrong and are not official forecasts. Do not rely on them for safety, avalanche or travel decisions; see the disclaimer.
No affiliation
SnowTally is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any ski resort, OpenSnow or any other forecast service, NOAA, the National Weather Service, USDA NRCS, USGS or OpenStreetMap. Resort names are used only to identify locations; all trademarks belong to their owners.
No gambling, no affiliate links
We do not offer or promote gambling or betting, and we do not use affiliate links.
Use of our content
You are welcome to link to SnowTally and to quote short extracts with a credit and link. Bulk copying, automated scraping or republishing our data requires our written permission. Third-party data keeps its own licence, for example OpenStreetMap data under the ODbL.
Availability and liability
The site is provided "as is", free of charge and without any guarantee that it will be accurate, complete or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
